qualit\u00e9s bio\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques&nbsp;: endurance, puissance, vitesse\u2026 en lien avec le d\u00e9veloppement physique et psychologique du jeune.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connaissance des milieux naturels : faune, flore, climat, r\u00e8gles d\u2019\u00e9volution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apprentissage des techniques de locomotion en mont\u00e9e et en descente&nbsp;: jouer avec le terrain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gestion de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de l\u2019effort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La nutrition et l\u2019hydratation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les techniques de renforcement, \u00e9tirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planifier, programmer, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&rsquo;\u00e9panouir en alliant Sport et Etudes de mani\u00e8re en fin de terminale :<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas d\u2019en faire des machines de guerre mais de leur donner tous les outils et les moyens de progresser \u00e0 leur rythme, en pr\u00e9servant leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique et en prenant beaucoup de plaisir. Avec les jeunes, il faut se donner le temps de construire et de d\u00e9velopper les qualit\u00e9s correspondant \u00e0 leurs objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Ma\u00eetriser tous les moyens de d\u00e9placements en milieu naturel de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et s\u00e9curitaire en respectant les lieux de pratique, seul ou \u00e0 plusieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery classe de seconde, 1 jeunes&nbsp;en 1\u00e8re, 2 jeunes en terminale)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Recrutement en 2 temps :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Analyse de dossiers scolaires et sportifs : 1\u00e8re s\u00e9lection,<br>&#8211; Entretiens et tests physiques et techniques sur convocation ( test : Course \u00e0 pied 12\u2032 VMA, Trail de 2500 m).<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Sont pris en compte :<\/strong><br>&#8211; Les r\u00e9sultats scolaires et l\u2019attitude de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve en cours,<br>&#8211; La capacit\u00e9 de travail et d\u2019organisation,<br>&#8211; Le niveau sportif et le v\u00e9cu en course \u00e0 pied et notamment la course en nature,<br>&#8211; La motivation et l\u2019enthousiasme de scolaire<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve est suivi individuellement en relation avec les \u00e9quipes p\u00e9dagogiques, l\u2019administration et les parents.<br>La r\u00e9ussite scolaire reste prioritaire.<br>Des heures de soutien scolaire (ou approfondissement) peuvent \u00eatre mises en place selon les besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u>Suivi sportif et m\u00e9dical<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une attention particuli\u00e8re est port\u00e9e \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des jeunes.<br>Les entrainements peuvent \u00eatre individualis\u00e9s via la plateforme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement Nolio, selon les capacit\u00e9s et les niveaux de forme de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une visite m\u00e9dicale avec \u00e9lectrocardiogramme est obligatoire \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e en classe de seconde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation de la section
